| The Company |

Transportes Vega, S.L. was established in 1977 by two partners. Mr. José Vega Bea holds currently the majority of the Company. The company started offering its services mainly to the brand-new factory of Cepsa in Puente Mayorga, carrying bulk sulphur. After several changes in its name and owners, in 1992, the 15th of June, the Company was transformed into a limited liability company, although its current ownership structure was not as it is today until the March the 9th, 2005. Nowadays, the whole company is owned by the Vega Family. During the last five years Transportes Vega, S.L. has commenced a deep process of change both in its equipment and its work methods, in order to face the new demands of such a competitive sector as this of the haulage. Transportes Vega, S.L. has been certified under the ISO 9001:2000, introducing new software for an exhaustive economic and financial control as well as releasing new procedures which allow our company to reach the excellence not only in the services provided but also respecting the environment. |
